Blossom Acres Development consists of two hundred rental homes. The purpose of this program is to provide affordable rental housing to qualified, applicants who are a family as defined by HUD and low-income families to enable them to achieve economic independence and self-sufficiency.

Rents are based on 30% of gross household income, Water, sewer, trash removal and electric are included.

The development offers a large community room with a full kitchen that is available for resident use only for $300. (Includes a refundable clean-up and departure fee of $100)
