Standard Fee: $350 per day

This includes a $100 refundable clean-up fee. Must be paid in advance to reserve, by Money Order or Cashier’s Check only. The room is available from 8:00am – 9:00pm. If not out of building by designated time, the $100.00 deposit will not be refunded.

Decorating Day before of Event: $35 per hour
Three hours maximum. Must be paid in advance to reserve, by Money Order or Cashier’s Check only. 

Capacity:

  • Seated chairs only: 150
  • Tables & Chairs: 100

Rectangle Tables: Total of up to 15 Tables (Size 3' x 6' sits 6 to a table) 

  • 12 Tables
  • 3  Serving Tables

RENTAL GUIDELINES

Standard Rental Fee: use of Community Room $300.00 (includes refundable clean-up and departure fee: $100.00)

Free Community Event: $100.00 refundable clean-up and departure fee.

Funeral Repass during working hours:

  • Resident- $50.00 (Refundable clean-up and departure fee)
  • Non-Resident- $100.00 (Refundable clean-up and departure fee)

The Community Room may be rented for the following occasions ONLY:

  • Parties for children - Ages 10 and under
  • Family Reunions/Gatherings
  • Funeral Repasses
  • Baby Showers/Bridal Showers
  • Wedding Receptions
  • Graduation Open Houses

Rules for Rental

  • Reservations must be made two (2) weeks in advance.
  • NO Smoking/Drinking/Drugs on the Blossom Acres Development Property.
  • NO Gathering in front of the building or at cars.
  • You are responsible for the safety of children using the play ground equipment.
  • You are responsible for leaving the premise inside/outside in the clean conditions as received in order to for the clean up fee to be refunded.
  • You are responsible for your guests and/or damage(s) caused while you are in possession of the above property.
  • If your group consists of children, an adult must be present when the children arrive and must remain until the building is evacuated.
  • All lights must be turned off, and all lockable doors must be locked.

* You are not to hang decorations on the walls and ceilings with devices that will take   the paint off the walls or damage the ceilings.

The building will be opened / closed at the time scheduled above only. Please allow enough time in your request for decorating and cleaning.

Once the building is open, someone must be in the building at all times. Lock-out fee is an additional $25.
